This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from annya2828.com (“the Site”). We do not sell or share your personal information or buying behavior with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Customer Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect some information about your device — browser type, IP address, time zone, and cookies. This includes which pages or products you view, what site or search referred you here, and how you interact with the Site. We use this information to help screen for fraud and to understand and improve how the Site performs.

 When you make or attempt a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email, and phone number. Together, Device Information and Order Information are referred to as "Personal Information."

 We use the information collected to:

  • Fulfill your order (process payment, arrange shipping, send confirmations/invoices)
  • Communicate with you about your order
  • Screen for potential fraud or risk
  • Send you information about our products, only if you've opted in

We use Shopify to run our online store, and Shopify Payments to process payments. These are the only third parties we share your Personal Information with, and only as needed to operate the Site and fulfill your orders. You can read Shopify's privacy practices at shopify.com/legal/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your Personal Information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties. We may also disclose your information if required by law — for example, to comply with a subpoena, search warrant, or similar legal request, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not currently change the Site's data practices in response to a "Do Not Track" browser signal.

 EU Customers

If you're visiting from the EU or EEA, non-essential cookies (such as analytics cookies) are only set with your consent, which you can manage through the cookie banner on the Site. Essential cookies needed to run the store (e.g., cart functionality) are used regardless, as they're necessary for the Site to work. EU or EEA customers have a right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Restrict or object to how we process your information
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

We process your information based on: fulfilling our contract with you (e.g., processing an order), legitimate business interests (e.g., fraud prevention, improving the Site), and your consent (e.g., non-essential cookies). Your information may be transferred and stored outside the EU, including in Canada and the United States. Shopify and Shopify Payments maintain their own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers — see Shopify's privacy policy linked above for details.

California Residents

We do not sell or share your personal information and California residents have the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request its deletion. Contact us to make a request.

Changes

We keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask to delete it. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal/operational reasons. Updates will be posted here.
