Shipping policy

Our products are handmade in Canada and shipping is from Canada.

Canada Orders: We make every effort to offer reasonable shipping fees. Therefore, we use Canada Post lettermail to ship orders so that we can offer the low shipping fees - please note there is NO TRACKING and no insurance with Canada Post lettermail service. Should Canada Post be on intermittent or full strike, we will use other alternative carriers - please expect delays in getting your orders. Applicable taxes will be charged for orders shipped within Canada.

USA Orders: As of October 2025, deliveries to the USA use Chit Chat U.S. Edge DDP service - delivered duty paid mean that the shipping costs covers tariffs and duties. We will provide tracking - track your order at https://chitchats.com/tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Everywhere Else: Import taxes, customs, duties, VAT and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to hygiene, there are no exchanges or refunds. If a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact chewblingsensory@gmail.com for a replacement within 5 days of delivery.
