This website is owned and operated by annya2828, an online store. Throughout this site, "We" and "our" refer to annya2828. "You" refers to anyone visiting the site or buying something from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. 

We can update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. If you keep using the site after changes go up, that means you accept them. Check back occasionally. This store runs on Shopify, which hosts the site and handles the online store platform.

Using the Site
You must be old enough in your area to enter a legal agreement, or have a parent/guardian's permission. Please don't copy, resell, or exploit any part of this site or its content without my written permission.

Please don't use this site to:
- Break any laws
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against anyone
- Infringe on intellectual property rights

- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Scrape, spam, or collect other people's personal information
- Interfere with the site's security

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. We don't guarantee that everything on the site is fully accurate, complete, or current. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Prices and product availability can change without notice. We can limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at my discretion including if the transaction is suspicious or fraudulent.

Orders & Billing
Please provide accurate, up-to-date information (shipping address, email, payment details) so we can fulfill your order and contact you if needed.

We can cancel or limit orders, including duplicate orders or ones that look suspicious. If this happens, I will try to reach you using the contact info you provided. See our Returns Policy for details on returns and exchanges.
